Lotobajee Terms & Conditions — Complete User Policy & Platform Agreement

01General Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Lotobajee and its users. By accessing or using Lotobajee's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Lotobajee is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We believe transparency is the best policy — which is why all our terms are written in clear, straightforward language. No hidden clauses.

These terms and conditions are also available in English; however, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document in the event of any interpretive dispute.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Lotobajee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 Years is required. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts will be closed automatically.
• All information provided — including name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate and truthful.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport is required for account verification.
• Transferring or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Lotobajee may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03Betting Rules

All betting activities on Lotobajee are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each betting market and are displayed on screen.
• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be cancelled unless Lotobajee itself cancels the bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Lotobajee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a selection is voided in an accumulator bet, the remaining selections are recalculated using their respective odds.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

Lotobajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement applies — typically a wagering requirement of 10x–30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Every bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period ends.
• Casino bonuses cannot be used for Sports Betting, and vice versa.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Using multiple accounts will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must make a minimum deposit and place the required bets.

05Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Lotobajee is committed to safe and transparent financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 and minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed back to bKash.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. A national ID and a bank or mobile banking statement are required.
• Processing times: Standard members — 24 hours; Platinum — 1 hour; Diamond VIP — 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met.
• To prevent money laundering, Lotobajee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lotobajee and may result in account suspension:

• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts or the use of a VPN.
• Accessing the betting system using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack an account or steal another member's information.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Demeaning, harassing, or discriminating against other members.

07Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Lotobajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If identified as a minor.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please email support@lotobajee.co. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

08Limitation of Liability

Lotobajee is not liable for the following:

• Losses or cancelled bets resulting from an internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• If your account security is compromised due to your own negligence.
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure events.

09Responsible Gaming

Lotobajee takes responsible betting extremely seriously. We believe betting should be a source of enjoyment — never a cause of financial stress or personal hardship.

• Daily Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit for yourself.
• Take a Break: You can take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from the platform for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
• Reality Check: The system will periodically remind you of your session time and spending.

10Right to Amend Terms

Lotobajee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• For major changes, at least 7-day prior notice will be given.
• Notices will be sent via email, a pop-up on the platform, or both.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
